Responsibilities

As a service provider, you will ensure customers feel comfortable and are thrilled with their luxury service experience. You must LOVE what you do.

• Actively engage in implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace “learning environment” initiatives
• The ability to adapt techniques to different clients to achieve the best results.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed
• Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality customer service
• Follows all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards
• Achieves targets as set out
• Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork
